The issues that can be addressed are mobile form aversion (84% users prefer desktop), form length (27% abandon rate), field complexity and redundant questions (11% abandon rate). Instead, account creation friction and mandatory personal information are less likely to be addressed by the conversational layer.

  • AI chat might improve to 60% completion (not dramatic)
  • Hard to justify €99/month for 10% improvement

The market survey revealed that the product will not be a substantial improvement to site conversion and lead generation. Therefore I will kill it.
